Dashboard

Your dashboard at codz.com/dashboard is your account on the web. Sign in, and its pages run down the left: Overview, Settings, Usage, Organizations and Billing & Invoices. Your name and plan sit at the foot of that list. Click them for your public profile, the docs, Download and Sign out.

Usage history is part of Codz Pro. On Free, Overview and Usage say so and offer Upgrade to Pro, and the other pages work as usual.

Overview

With Pro, Overview opens on a year of your synced activity: your tokens over the last 12 months, and a grid with one square for each day, darker for busier days. Point at a day to see its tokens by provider. When you use more than one provider, the buttons above the grid show one at a time.

Under the grid are your Most active month, Most active day, Longest streak and Current streak. A day with no usage yet doesn’t break your current streak until it’s over.

Devices lists the Macs that sync usage to your account, the Macs paired for Codz Remote and the iPhones and iPads paired to them, with when each was last seen. Download for Mac gets the app.

Usage

Usage shows what your Macs have synced, one window at a time: 7d, 30d, 90d, MTD (this month so far) or Last month. For the window you get:

• Total tokens, Active days and Models.
• Tokens per day, a chart stacked by Model or by Provider. With more than eight models in the window, the seven biggest get a colour each and the rest share Other. Point at a day for its breakdown.
• Rows: every day, provider and model, with input, output, cache read, cache write and total tokens. Export CSV downloads them.

A row reported as context only has no billed total, so the table shows Context in its place and the chart leaves it out. Sync & profile covers what your Macs upload.

Settings

• Account: your name, email and plan. Free offers Upgrade to Pro; Codz Pro offers Manage plan; Codz Pro, through your team offers View plan. Free and Codz Pro also offer Upgrade to Team. On a Mac, Edit profile, Upgrade to Pro and Manage plan in Settings ▸ Account all open this page.
• Profile: your Display name, your Username (lowercase letters, numbers and underscores, 3–32 characters) and Public profile, which publishes your profile at codz.com/username. Click Save to keep changes.
• Privacy: Global stats adds your synced totals to an anonymous aggregate of everyone who opted in. It saves as soon as you switch it.
• Appearance: Theme chooses System, Light or Dark for codz.com in this browser.
• Session: Sign out signs this browser out. Your Macs and phones stay signed in.

Public profile and Global stats need Codz Pro. Sync & profile covers what a public profile shows.

Organizations

Organizations lists the teams you belong to, with your role and the number of members; Open goes to a team’s page. With no team yet, it describes what a team adds and what a seat costs, with Upgrade to Team.

When you belong to a team, Usage sync ▸ Sync my usage to chooses where your new syncs land. Under Create a team, enter a Name and a Slug and click Create team. Teams & organizations covers seats, invitations and roles.

Billing & Invoices

• Your plan, its price and when it renews. Manage plan opens Stripe’s billing portal.
• Upgrade: on Free, what Codz Pro adds, with Upgrade to Pro; and, unless your Pro comes from someone else’s team, Upgrade to Team, which creates a team and pays for its seats in one step. If you pay for Pro on the web, your Pro subscription becomes the team’s. Billing walks through it.
• After upgrading from Pro, the team you pay for, with its seats and Manage team.
• Payment with Manage in Stripe, when you pay on the web, to update your card, get receipts or cancel.
• Invoices: date, description, status and amount for each, and View opens Stripe’s page for it.

A subscription bought in Codz Remote is billed by Apple, so it shows App Store and its receipts stay in your Apple account. Billing covers subscribing, cancelling and failed payments.
